Processing Time
• Order Verification and Packaging : Upon receiving an order, SGTM will conduct verification, quality checks, and packaging.
• Dispatch Timeline :
International Orders: Dispatched within 15-20 working days of receiving the order and confirmation.
Shipping Time
• International Shipping : Shipping is done via sea and containers, with an average transit time of 35 to 50 days, subject to variations depending on the shipping line.
• Note : Delivery times may be affected by factors such as public holidays, severe weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond SGTM's control.
Shipping Charges
• International Orders : Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated based on the rates provided by the shipping line and charged at the actual cost.
• Important : Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additionally, all related charges, including labour costs, will be borne by the recipient.
Order Tracking
• Once the full payment is made, we will surrender the BOL, and customers will receive the shipping details and a tracking ID.
Delivery Terms
• Address Accuracy : Once the shipping address is provided at the time of booking, it cannot be changed.
• Receipt of Goods : If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, please authorize a representative to accept it on your behalf and notify SGTM customer service in advance.
Labor Charges
• Loading : Included in the product price.
• Unloading : Customers are responsible for arranging and covering unloading charges at the destination.
• Additional Handling : For extra labour requirements, please inform SGTM in advance any associated costs will be borne by the customer.
